# Roadmap (/en/docs/zm/roadmap)

See which meeting workflows you can use today and which need further development. The tool already
retrieves available hosted data, imports transcripts, backs up recordings and searches cited passages.
An agent can combine these sources with Memo's projects, notes and people now; the dedicated automatic
workflows below are planned. Start with [search and evidence](/llms.mdx/docs/zm/search/content.md) for the available path.

## Planned work [#planned-work]

* Dedicated reviewed findings intake: an agent proposes cited facts, decisions and project tasks, with
  repeatable intake that avoids duplicate records.
* A dedicated meeting preparation command: gather earlier occurrences, participant context and linked project
  evidence into a brief that shows its sources and gaps.
* Further shared native archive storage so another meeting provider can reuse partial downloads,
  checkpoints and publication recovery without duplicating Zoom's implementation.

Project aliases, tags and notes already belong to Memo and the shared store. Another meeting
provider uses the shared meeting capabilities; a production Google Meet or Teams connector is not
